Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–24 hours on business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location.

• Standard delivery time: 2–7 business days
• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 14 days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. A tracking number will also be provided when available.
